CASA of Ellis County trains volunteer advocates who are appointed by Judge Jim Chapman to serve children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.  In addition to ensuring that children in foster care receive the developmental, education and physical services needed, our volunteers also make recommendations for safe and permanent homes.  For information on how you can become a CASA volunteer, visit www.casaofelliscounty.org/volunteer/forms.
