Do you have a true heart for helping children in need? Our team of Volunteer Advocates works with caseworkers and attorneys to navigate a child’s journey through the foster care system. Our Volunteer Advocates visit with the children on their case and also speak with teachers, school personnel, medical professionals and therapists, biological and foster families, and others to get a true assessment of the children. CASA Volunteer Advocates recommend any services the children may need while in care, then ultimately make recommendations to the court system as to where the children should reside permanently.

Our next Volunteer Advocate Training will be held June 2-5 and June 9-12 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the CASA office in Waxahachie. Meals will be provided. Trainees will need to complete all 8 sessions, however makeup options are available.
